Safety Bonus |

Safe driving is a very important factor
to RPM Pizza, LLC. So important, that RPM Pizza, LLC offers
a bonus to our safe drivers. Every 2000 safe delivery hours,
drivers receive bonus hours that they can use as Paid Time
Off or cash in. See the Policy & Procedures Manual for
details.

CSR Bonus |

A weekly bonus will be awarded to the Team Member in each
store with the highest ticket for each week. See the Policy
& Procedures Manual for details.

Tuition Reimbursement |
| |
RPM Pizza, LLC has a tuition reimbursement program. Ask your
District Manager for more information on how to take advantage
of this great benefit.

401K Plan Retirement Savings Plan |
| |
This is a great way to save money even if you are not looking
at the long-range picture of retiring. To be eligible, you
must be at least 21 years of age and have completed one year
of service with a minimum of 1000 hours of employment. Enrollment
dates for the 401K plan are in June and December. For each
dollar of the gross earnings (up to 6%) saved by a Team Member,
RPM Pizza, LLC contributes an additional 25%.

Partners Foundation |
| |
The Partners Foundation is
an assistance program, which gives financial help to Domino's
Pizza Team Members in times of special need. The foundation's
first concern is for Team Members facing a crisis as a result
of a situation that occurred while on duty. Other examples include
fire, natural disaster, medical emergency, or the death of a
Team Member or immediate family member. Every Domino's Pizza
Team Member is eligible to apply for assistance. If you are
interested in applying for assistance or contributing to the
Partners Foundation, call the office at 1-800-622-6000, ext.
278. Team Members are encouraged to donate to the Partners Foundation
on a payroll deduction.

Team Member Discounts |

Team Members are entitled to
receive a 50% discount (two food items maximum) on regular menu
priced carryout orders. This benefit is available from day one
of your employment. These are the guidelines:
• You must pick up the product in person.
• You must obtain your discount in any RPM Pizza, LLC
store.

Special Holiday Pay |

All hourly Team Members who
work on certain holidays will be paid time and one-half. See
the Policy & Procedures Manual for details.

SAM'S Club Membership |
| |
SAM'S Club is a membership
only, cash and carry warehouse offering a selection of brand-name
merchandise most in demand at the lowest possible wholesale
prices. RPM Pizza, LLC Team members may purchase an Advantage
Card at a cost of $25.00 annually and one additional card for
$10.00 annually. Ask your General Manager for a copy of the
application or call 1-800-622-6000, ext. 278.

Direct Deposit |

We know your paycheck is very
important. To insure that RPM Pizza, LLC Team Members are paid
in a timely manner, Team Members receive their paychecks by
direct deposit every two weeks. Access the web and log into
your my.rpmpizza.com
account to view your pay information 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, available on-line.

Flexible Benefits Plan |

This benefit is offered to
all participants in our Group Benefits Plan. This benefit was
added in order to help Team Members manage the costs associated
with deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, co-pays, etc. Each
Team Member can designate a certain amount of their earnings
to be allocated to the Flexible Benefits Plan for medical and/or
childcare expenses through payroll deduction.
